What is covered

Every device carries a 6 month warranty against functional failure of the motherboard, display, battery, charging port, buttons, cameras and speakers — unless that part was already listed as faulty in the unit's QC document.

What is not covered

• Any fault that was disclosed in the QC document for that unit.
• Cosmetic condition — scratches, dents, chassis marks, keyboard wear.
• Battery health falling with normal use after delivery.
• Liquid damage, physical damage, drops and burn marks.
• Devices opened or repaired by anyone other than us.
• Accessories, cables and adapters supplied with the device.

How to claim

Call +91 9211957576 or email info@ezinix.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We repair the unit where possible; if we cannot, we replace it with an equivalent unit or refund you.
