What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, so we can deliver your order.
- Your order and enquiry history.
- Device details you give us when selling a device to us or raising a warranty claim.
- Business details — company name, city, state, GST number — if you submit a bulk enquiry.
- Basic technical data such as pages visited, used to keep the site working.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, contact you about an order or enquiry, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Courier partners, so they can deliver your order. Payment providers, when online payment is live, to process the transaction. Our hosting and database provider, which stores this data on our behalf. Government authorities where the law requires it. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for as long as they are useful to us and then deleted on request.
Your choices
Write to info@ezinix.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action deletion requests except where we are required to keep records for tax purposes.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. We never ask for card PINs, OTPs or UPI PINs, by any channel.
