About Us
EZINIX is a New Delhi based dealer of second-hand mobile phones, tablets, iPads and laptops. We buy stock in batches, inspect every unit ourselves, and sell single units to individual buyers.
What we do
We source used and open-box devices in batches. Before anything is listed, our QC team checks each unit individually and writes down exactly what it found — screen condition, battery health percentage, ports, buttons, cameras, keyboard and trackpad on laptops, and any physical damage.
That record goes into a QC document for the batch, and we film a video of the actual batch so you can see the units before you pay.
Why we don't use grades
Grade A, B and C mean something different at every seller, so they tell you very little. We describe condition in plain language instead. You read the remarks, watch the batch video, see the price, and decide — no interpretation needed.
How we work
- Every unit is inspected individually, not sampled.
- Condition remarks, battery health and QC date are published as a downloadable PDF.
- The batch video shows the real stock, not stock photos.
- Serial or IMEI level traceability across every category we sell.
